I’m Candice Cooley, founder of Refigure LLC. I’m a certified Life and Health Coach, mentor, and advocate for personal growth. For more than two decades, my career has been centered around people—coaching, training, managing teams, and helping businesses operate more effectively. Today, I use that experience and heart for helping others to rebuild, refocus, and refigure their lives and their future.
The Heart Behind Refigure LLC
Refigure LLC was born from my own journey of rebuilding.

For over 20 years, I built a successful career in customer service, sales, and management. As a Senior Account Manager, I supported multi-million-dollar businesses, coached teams, improved processes, and helped organizations operate more effectively. On the outside, everything looked strong and stable.

But life has a way of shifting our plans.
​
Like many people, I experienced seasons that challenged me—personally, professionally, emotionally, and spiritually. I learned what it felt like to lose direction, to question my path, and to have to start over. Those experiences taught me something powerful: sometimes we don’t need to start from scratch—we need to refigure.

Refigure LLC was created from that realization.
​
I wanted to build a space where people could come as they are—without judgment—and receive real support, practical tools, and compassionate guidance. A place where individuals could heal, rediscover their purpose, and rebuild their lives step by step. And a place where businesses and leaders could learn to operate with more intention, structure, and heart.

Throughout my career, what I loved most was never the titles or achievements—it was helping people grow. Coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others has always been at the center of who I am.

Today, as a certified Life and Health Coach, I combine my professional experience with my personal journey to help others create meaningful change. My mission is simple:
